About our fire resistant Vermiculite board adhesive:

This product is a non-combustible, heat resistant adhesive for the bonding of Vermiculite boards. Although originally formulated to bond Vermiculite boards together, DM210 Adhesive can be used to bond boards to steel, concrete, brickwork, stone, ceramics, wood etc.

Instructions for Use and Coverage

• It is best to apply the adhesive directly out of the tube onto the surface of the board which is to be bonded.
• Apply the adhesive evenly over the whole area to be bonded, to reduce stresses during heating.
• Remove excess adhesive, instead of spreading it thickly over a large area.
• At room temperature, the bonding is firm after a few hours.
• Do not apply the adhesive below 5oC.
• Approx. 250g of DM210 is needed to bond 1m2.

Packaging & Storage

DM210 Adhesive is available in 850g Tubular Bags.

Store above 5oC. Kept at 20 – 25oC, DM210 can be stored for up to 6 months.
