About our Bespoke Joinery:

Our windows, doors, steps and roof constructions can be made to any size – to suit you. Our hardwood joinery is so competitively priced, that we supply joinery to the shepherd hut trade, self builders, the general public and even house builders.
Interestingly, this picture shows a bespoke order which was exported to Holland, where our customer built a very bespoke shepherd hut for his Danish customer, which has now been transported to France! This particular order included windows and doors with integral window bars, with separate double glazed units (traditionally glazed), rather than the standard single units and “stick-on” window bars we supply from our stock products, which are available for early despatch.

We are happy to quote for your bespoke joinery requirements but please allow a few days for us to get back to you with pricing and 4-5 weeks lead time for manufacture.

Useful Info:

Most hardwood joinery is made from Sapele, which comes from well-managed forests.
We do not supply hardware, hinges for doors, locks, handles etc as standard. However, we ourselves generally use hardware from the Ludlow Foundry / Carlisle Brass ranges when building our huts.

As our doors are heavy (being made from solid hardwood), we recommend using “ball bearing” grade hinges. Windows are supplied with storm hinges fitted.
